6] Unsubscribed Segment:
This one is pretty straightforward – exclude people who have unsubscribed from you. And try your best to add unsubscribe tag {% unsubscribe %} in your email and make it clear, so they can opt out easily.
Conditions:
7] Subscribe in last 30 days Segment:
8] Engaged X Days Segment:
X can be 30,45 or 90 days. This is one of the basic and important segments. It can play a vital role to give you good open and click rate if not already.Set up your timeframe based on the results you’re seeing – if your open & click rates are high with a 30-day segment, go up to 60 days and see how it performs. Repeat this till you see a noticeable drop in your open & click rates.
9] Unengaged Segment:
This step is vital as it will eliminate subscribers who frequently receive your emails but never open or engage with them. Although it may result in a considerable reduction of your list, it is essential to ensure that your emails are delivered successfully. Think about it: if someone has not opened X [ X can be 5,10 or 15 ] of your emails, it is improbable that they will do so in the future, even if you continue to send them.
10] Buyers Segment:
Deal with your buyers and non-buyers differently, and segmentation can help you do that. Below is a segment to filter out customers who have placed an order at least once over all time
11] Non-Buyers Segment:
This segment will show you the number of profiles who have not placed an order from you. Look at their engagement in previous days and try to target them differently with exclusive offers, the best copy, and convince them to join your customers’ club.
