Follow the following steps:

  • This time chose ‘Update existing property’
  • Select the property you created in start, and for our case it is ‘Enter welcome flow’

You may not see your property when you selecting ‘Choose property’ because at least one profile must enter your flow after you created this profile property. Hope you got it : )

After selecting your property, you can write NO in property value.

How to create segment to exclude flow participants?

⇒Go to list and segment

⇒Create segment

Conditions:

⇒Properties about someone > Enter Welcome Flow > YES

Then you can exclude them while sending your email campaign
