>Click on your KLAVIYO account name

>Integration

>Choose ”All Integrations”

>Search Shopify

>Press on ‘ADD INTEGRATION’

 

What next?

After clicking on ‘ADD INTEGRATION” , you will new dashboard like the below one

 

• Store URL:

Put your store URL in this format > mystore.myshopify.com e.g alixemail.myshopify.com / sph2onge.myshopify.com etc

• Onsite Tracking:

You will be prompted to configure onsite tracking after connecting to Shopify, so this section will not yet be available.

• Sync data FROM shopify:

Check the Sync your Shopify email subscribers to Klaviyo box to automatically add all customers who accept email marketing at checkout and submit their information, or sign up to any Shopify sign-up form, to the list you select from the dropdown.

• Select a list:

Select a list to add email subscribers to from the dropdown, such as your Newsletter list, if you selected this setting.

• Sync your shopify SMS subscribers to klaviyo:

Check the Sync your Shopify SMS subscribers to Klaviyo box to automatically add all customers who accept SMS marketing at checkout to the list you select from the dropdown.

[To check this option, you must set up SMS first ]

• Select a list for SMS subscribers:

Select a list to add SMS subscribers to from the dropdown, if you selected this setting.

• Sync data TO shopify:

Check the setting Sync profiles and profile data from Klaviyo to Shopify if you want to sync any data from klaviyo to shopify. We recommend syncing all profiles and all types of data to Shopify. If you checked this setting, do the following:

→Choose whether to sync updates for either all Klaviyo profiles, or only for profiles that already exist in Shopify.

→Choose which profile data you’d like to sync: Name, email address, and phone number, Email subscription status, and SMS subscription status (if you have SMS enabled).

→After configuring your settings, click Connect to Shopify. This will take you to your Shopify account. You may be prompted to log in to Shopify [It would be better if you were already logged into the Shopify store that you want to connect with Klaviyo].

 

 

→After being brought into Shopify, review the permissions and click Install app. This begins syncing your Shopify data with Klaviyo and takes you back into your Klaviyo account.

1] Can we integrate by installing klaviyo app in shopify?

Answer:

YES, This is another method to connect your shopify store with klaviyo.

 

2] Can I integrate more than one store with one Klaviyo account?

Answer:

Klaviyo currently only supports one integration of any type within a single Klaviyo account.

This means that Klaviyo is not currently optimized to support more than one ecommerce store per Klaviyo instance. If you have more than one ecommerce store of the same type, you will need to create a Klaviyo account for each store.

3] Do you have a guide for switching over from another ESP?

4] How to get EXACT shopify store URL to connect with klaviyo?

Answer:

Go to your Shopify admin dashboard and copy the URL from the top of the page. Remove the “https://” from the beginning and the “/admin/” from the end to get your store URL.

For example, if the URL from the top of the page is “https://example.myshopify.com/admin/“, your store URL would be “example.myshopify.com”

 

OR

Click on the “eye” icon and copy the URL. It should look like this: “https://example.com/“. To integrate your Shopify store with Klaviyo, remove the “https://” and “.com/” from the URL.
