1st Step:
Go to your Shopify store > apps > install Judge.me app [ If not already ]
Then go to judge.me settings > integrations > admin backend > klaviyo > click on klaviyo
After clicking on klaviyo, you will see new screen where you have to put your klaviyo PRIVATE API key.
How to get klaviyo private API Key?
