In this blog post, you’ll learn to set up back-in-stock settings in klaviyo.
Where to find back-in-stock settings in klaviyo?
Follow the following steps to set up back-in-stock settings in klaviyo:
>Go to settings
>Navigate to other
>Back in stock settings
Minimum inventory to notify:
Specify the number of products to notify your recipients if one or more units are restocked.
If you set this value to 10, at least 10 units must come into stock for Klaviyo to notify customers.
This setting will impact any Back in Stock Flows you have setup in your account.
Notification strategy:
There are two options under this section:
1] Notify all subscribers at once
OR
2] Notify subscribers in groups at a time
So, If you want to send notification to all your subscribers at same time, then check first option.
In order to send notifications to your subscribers in groups, choose the 2nd option. However, upon selecting the 2nd option, you will see more options available.
For each unit of stock, notify X subscribers (where X can be 4, 5, 6, 7, or any number) at a time every X hours or days. You can also specify the number of subscribers you want to increase or decrease, with the default being 5. Similarly, you can switch the time interval from hours to days and vice versa.
Notifications are sent either until all subscribers are notified or until the number of units in stock drops below the minimum inventory notification setting. This means that if you have specified the number of products as 7 in the ‘Minimum inventory to notify’ field, notifications will cease once the product drops below 7.
